How does it work?
You identify a product on an online platform and you have it delivered to our UAE warehouse , we communicate once we have received your package , we ship out your package on Sunday and goods will take +/-7days intransit , a collection announcement is sent once goods have arrived and are done undergoing customs clearing and sorting at our office , lastly payment will be done upon collection .
If I have a supplier in The UAE can you make a cash on delivery payment for me ?
Yes we can, you can make the cash payment at our Harare office and we then pay your supplier in The UAE upon delivery .
What does per pc mean ?
This mean per package.
What are your UAE shipping lead times?
Goods take +/-7days excluding customs clearing .

Our Shipping Process

➡️1. Buy goods and instruct your shopper / sourcing agent to send the goods to our UAE warehouse address. ➡️2. Notify us once you have sent a package to our warehouse address. ➡️3. Kindly provide us with the name on the package and the platform it was bought on. ➡️4. Share the expected delivery dates provided by the platform if any. ➡️5. You will be notified when your goods have been received. ➡️6. You will be given a tracking number when your goods have been shipped so that you also track your parcel on the Elsie Chatbot. ➡️7. A collection announcement will be sent when your goods are ready for collection.
